Work begins only after approval of pricing and receipt of any required deposit.

2. Our Promise: We aim to provide dependable workmanship, respectful service, and quality project management. Labor performed directly by our team may be covered by a workmanship guarantee for the period specified in your project documents. Appliances, fixtures, electronics, and branded products remain subject to the separate warranty policies of their manufacturers.

3. Services We Offer: Future Home Concepts may provide services such as home interiors, exteriors, decor upgrades, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, flooring, roofing, gutter installation, solar panel support, fire safety systems, and home security solutions. Service availability may vary by location, schedule capacity, and property suitability.

4. Project Agreements: For many jobs, we may issue a written or digital agreement outlining scope of work, materials, estimated schedule, payment structure, and customer responsibilities. This agreement serves as the main project reference. If verbal discussions differ from written terms, the written agreement will usually apply.

5. Scheduling & Timelines: We make every reasonable effort to meet scheduled dates and estimated completion timelines. However, delays may occur because of weather, permit processing, supplier shortages, customer-requested changes, restricted property access, utility interruptions, or hidden site conditions. If delays occur, we will attempt to communicate revised timelines promptly.

6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate property details, safe access to work areas, and timely decisions when approvals are needed. Walkways and work zones should be reasonably clear. Valuable, fragile, or sentimental items should be removed or protected before work begins.

7. Deposits & Payments: Depending on project size, payments may include a booking deposit, milestone payments, and a final balance due upon substantial completion. Failure to make payments when due may delay scheduling, material orders, or project completion. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

8. Changes to Scope: If you request additional work, design changes, upgraded materials, or modifications after work has started, revised pricing and timeline adjustments may apply. We may provide an updated quote or change order before proceeding with the new request.

9. Materials & Product Supply: We may source products and materials from third-party suppliers. While we try to select dependable products, stock shortages, discontinued items, shipping delays, or manufacturer defects can occur. Substitute materials may be offered when appropriate and subject to your approval.

10. Existing Property Conditions: Older homes or previously renovated properties may contain concealed issues such as water damage, mold, pest activity, faulty wiring, plumbing defects, structural weakness, or code violations. If such issues are discovered during the project, additional repairs or revised plans may be necessary at extra cost.

11. Permits & Approvals: Certain services may require permits, inspections, homeowner association approval, or utility permissions. Unless specifically agreed in writing, obtaining these approvals remains the customer’s responsibility. Government timelines and approval outcomes are outside our control.

12. Site Safety: We ask customers, children, pets, and visitors to remain clear of active work zones. Construction and installation environments may involve tools, dust, noise, exposed materials, or temporary hazards. Following safety guidance helps protect everyone on site.

13. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Home Concepts is not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure events, hidden defects, supplier failures, misuse after installation, or conditions beyond our reasonable control. Where liability legally applies, it may be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

14. Cancellations: Scheduled services may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. If materials have already been ordered, custom items produced, or labor reserved specifically for your project, applicable charges may still apply.

15. Updates to Terms: We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational improvements, service updates, or legal requirements. The most current version made available by Future Home Concepts will apply to future engagements.
